Our Guarantee - We want you to be happy!
We operate a 90-day returns and exchange policy.* If an item arrives faulty or damaged, or is the wrong size or colour, or is in any way not as you expected, just return your item to us and we will exchange it, or refund the cost - whichever you prefer. You can download our Returns Form here. Enclose the form and attach the label to the parcel, and return to us at any post office. We recommend sending via Recorded Delivery for security. Ensure you obtain a receipt of postage.
The item should be unused (you can open it or try it on though) and returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and instructions. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of personalised items or earrings unless they are faulty.
On the rare occasion that goods develop a manufacturing fault during use and within a reasonable period (typically up to 12 months), please return the item to us and we will arrange repair. If it cannot be repaired we will replace it.
